Inspired by the Tiny House Warriors and some work we've done together to protect unceded territories from the Trans Mountain Pipeline. This is more of a mini-documentary of some of our projects and actions so far. The gathering at the beginning was for the Mountain Music Concert at Mt. Robson. There paddle and the march were actions by the entire movement. And the concert at the end was the THW Compilation Album Release with SNRK, Kimmortal, David Morin, Ostwelve, JB the First Lady, Melawmen Collective, Caleb Hart, and I.
“I wanted to create a song that could be an anthem for communities coming together to create a more just and people-powered world. I have been building relationships with many Indigenous leaders working for the resurgence of their culture and in defence of their land and water, and for climate justice. This song is dedicated to the cooperation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples, and to my Secwepemc brothers and sisters who comprise the Tiny House Warriors.”
